Fostered in Southern California
The Foundation has accepted 2- 9 year old littermates, Trey and Lucy. There is a "tea for two" a boy for me a girl for you. The owner was no longer able to care for the dogs due to life changes.
Trey and Lucy are currently in temporary foster care but we are looking for a longer term foster or foster to adopt family. The initial evaluation is that the dogs are friendly and very energetic lap dogs. Updates will be provided as evaluation continues.

If you are interested in one, or both of these west coast darlings, please contact the local rescue coordinator:
September 25, 2015, Update
Trey and Lucy are doing well in foster care. Both dogs have been to the vets and are now up to date with exams, shots, teeth cleaning and microchips.
Trey has been described as a laid back fellow who loves a lap and is a real sweetheart.
Lucy is described as a very active party girl who loves people and kids. She still appears to have puppy energy and is always looking to play. She also loves attention and is ready for lap time when you are!
Based on reports from the foster, there are 2 lovely homes out there that will be very lucky when Trey or Lucy get to them.

Trey was adopted.
October 17, 2015, Update from his new family
Trey finally reached his forever home in Arizona after 1,200 miles of driving to pick him up in California.
He is a very sweet and loving boy.
He has very dry skin and had a very bad case of dandrufff when we first picked him up. He has had several medicating baths in our rubber kiddie pool and seems to be doing much better.
At the groomer
He just had his first grooming today and we feel he is looking more like a true Kerry Blue every day.
We are trying to get his weight up a bit and he has no problems eating his meals.
Trey is good about getting his teeth brushed and he is getting along with our female Kerry Blue and they walk together every morning . They now have matching doggie beds in our bedroom.
Here's our latest pictures.
Thanks to, John V., Brad, Pat (his foster), Eileen, Judi and all the unseen volunteer's who helped with this effort to find Trey and all rescued Kerry Blues loving homes.
