Rescue Write-Up
Here's
a lucky Irish lad born on St. Patrick's Day 2009 who would love a new home. Brian was auctioned in the US and put into a pet store in Ontario as a
puppy. The pet store had difficulty selling him (good!!) so a kindly lady purchased him after watching him languishing there for a couple of months.
Brian joined his housemate, an adult standard poodle, who gracefully took him under his wing and taught him to be the lovely boy he has now grown into.
(the poodle says credit goes to their owner as well ) Unfortunately, for the poodle, Brian has reached that adolescent-to-adult stage of pushiness
and is beginning to attempt to dominate in the household. He has not shown any aggression as yet, but is intimidating the now older poodle.
His owner has also taken on a full time job and does not have the time any more
to devote to Brian's requirements for exercise and stimulation. It's time for Brian to move along to another home where he can receive the care and
attention he deserves.
Brian is located in Ontario, Canada. He is a beautiful silver with black points, I'm told, and is neutered. He is good with older children and plays well at the dog park. He is in great health and a lovely boy who enjoys the water and long hikes. Preference will be given to adopters within driving distance.
