Chanel's Story

Hi everybody. My name is Chanel and I know you know more about my Uncle Camelot than me...that's because he was a funny guy and did funny things and was cute and mischevious!

However, I just want to tell you that my Uncle Camelot went to Doggie Heaven in August and I miss him very much. We used to
play together, eat out of each others' dish, run and romp outside and he would counter-surf food and I would just sit behind and wait for the stolen goods to hit the floor and then share the good stuff. I was not really a counter-surfer; just an observer; actually I wasn't really tall enough...darn!

I have seen Chelo cry a lot since Camelot went to his new kingdom and she misses all his silly antiks. So...the other day I just decided to make Chelo laugh a little and get into some mischief...just to imitate Camelot. I got into the garbage and licked the dishes when Chelo put them into the dishwasher...just like Camelot used to do and I brought a smile to Chelo's face. (fotos below are proof)...I saw Chelo smile and laugh for the first time in a long time; ever since Camelot was called on his final journey to Doggie Heaven.

One more thing - we have a new puppy in the house who is Camelot's nephew and my cousin. He is real cute and I love him. We bonded the minute he walked into the house; love at first sight! I play with Lancelot (that's his name), share my toys with him, run and romp outside and even let him steal food from my dish. He is real cute and does lots of things that Camelot used to do...like get into the garbage, steal from the fridge when the door is open and is starting
to counter-surf!!! Chelo loves it!

My uncle left me lots of his special doggie treats just for me...and Chelo gives me one every day and I share mine with Lancelot.

Lancelot I love you and I love to play with you; we really have lots of fun together.

Camelot I miss you so much and I love talking to you every night in my doggie prayers.
