What will happen to Murphy?John Van den Bergh, KBTF President Have you made arrangements to place your Kerries upon your death? If you plan to leave your Kerry to the Foundation for placement, you are not alone. The Foundation is far more experienced in placing Kerries than anyone. We place more Kerries in one year that most breeders in a lifetime. Plus, we have the contacts and tools to do it right. We also have a nice endowment, which assures you that the Foundation will be around for a long time. Here are some important points to include in your will:
We ask that a bequest be made to the Foundation to cover the costs of placing your Kerry (health care, transportation, temperament is testing, foster care, and possible rehabilitation), and to continue the Foundation's work. In the past, this bequest, at the time of the transfer of ownership, has ranged from $1,000 to in $12,000.
