USA - Unless you specify on your check a specific use (Education, Rescue or Health & Genetics), your contribution will be used where it is most needed.
- We will send you a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution.
3. Bank Transfer
A simple way to set up monthly donations is through your bank. There are two ways to set it up.

Please print out this authorization form and mail to the address on the form.
Should you wish to cancel the transfer, fill out this form.
In either case, please include your name and the fund you wish to support (rescue, education, H&G or endowment). We will mail you a tax receipt.

- If you want a receipt mailed to you, please provide your mailing address in the SHIP TO location within the PayPal dialog.
- If you want to specify the use of your donation (Education, Rescue, Health & Genetics), enter this information in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS location within the PayPal dialog.
